this is a positive step, however i expect this will most likely be a waste of our money for an advisor that tells us that ; "it would be a good idea to pay off debt".

we are already paying 1.3 mil on expenses which should really be going to paying off debt.

however i am sure they can refinance current debt at much more attractive rates and get some divs going.
