Yes repayment before June 13 would incur a penalty, but this penalty would obviously be negociated out of any deal.

What they are proposssing to do is a good thing. If achievable they will expediate a return to unitholders. I strongly doublt that they will sell the assets to cheaply and reduce our overall NTA. They will only do it if they can and maintain the NTA, The key is the noteholders accepting a haircut on the deferred margin. Otherwise we might as well wait it out
