    It's official. Just anns on the local news. Our water charges are going up 15% next quarter to help to pay for spanking new desalination plant for S.A. Location Pt Stanvac..:-)) I wonder if we will play part in it?....up and running by 2011...why so long??...but nothing overnight unfortunately..:-(((( wonder if todays trading had anything to do with this incoming news...wait and c....
