website should have been up and running long before vouchers were introduced. Bad planning I think.
As for price consolidation...could be good move in long term, but short term may see a drop as investors lose confidence. Destra has said share consolidation after AGM (no fixed date) and price around 20 cents (no fixed price). A little bit vague if you ask me, but I live and hope for a pleasant surprise.
