tonny, I agree that the price rallies were driven by people whom know more than most. However I disagree on the reasons...
The reason the price was driven higher is that company insiders wanted the price higher for a while and to be sustained higher, thereby creating a higher VWAP. If the price had been higher for a while, then they will have been able to demand a higher price for any shares offered in the capital raising, thereby raising more bucks.
However events in Japan have overtaken them and forced their hand.
Just my speculation.
