JT I meant to say I think the S'Holders will approve not management since they already do of course or they would not have made the deal.
If you multiply 575mill SH's by 1.6c it gives a market cap of only $9.2 mill which is low for a co that will soon be a producer with Fury even if it is only 100bpd net to Orca.
So at $9.2 mill.it would also be strange to knock back $7mill in funding for development of assets and for equity reduction from Senex.
JT please detail your opinion of the SeaBiscuit acreage in Texas if you get time as I don't have any handle on its value but suspect it will be quite valuable over time.
