    Well, looks like you and ND are voting to keep Cottee and BOD in place, to suit ND agenda, which may never happen.

    No way will I be taking the chance and voting for Cottee and BOD to stay.

    Why don't you state your intentions clearly so everyone has no doubt where ND votes will be going which will probably ensure existing BOD stays in power and continues to work against share holders, ... no matter what they and Cottee says.
