CB, it is alarming having to teach corporate finance 101 on a public forum to someone seeking to impose their own board on a company.

Please understand that if a company with 1000 shares on issue were to issue 1 share at a 99% discount this would not be equivalent to 99% dilution. You need to look at both the market cap and the discount. So 20% discount but issuing more than double the current market cap in shares will lead to more than 20% dilution!

Should be alarming to everyone that you think you can have a hand directing the future of the company. Maybe you believe maths is herecy or "BS"?
