"Please understand that if a company with 1000 shares on issue were to issue 1 share at a 99% discount this would not be equivalent to 99% dilution. You need to look at both the market cap and the discount. So 20% discount but issuing more than double the current market cap in shares will lead to more than 20% dilution!
With respect what I do need to look at is "facts" NOT you making assumption as to what MAY occur.
You sir do NOT know what ND Team may or may not be negotiating and or who with.
You sir make assumptions that promote the OptionCo group and its desire to keep Mr Cottee on the board.
Provide facts that ND have said anything to support what you specifically promote and I will respond accordingly, until then your comments are nothing more or less than "baiting" .
