I believe the split WILL happen. Not sure how this affects us current holders and how they propose to make this split a fair and equitable outcome for all. I would feel very pissed if current shareholders were shafted in this process in favour of the pointy end of town.

The Fonda side of the split could be a win for us as it will now stand alone, questions will be removed re future trials and funding for HyACT etc and this will then spike the share price, as all that will be left will be for us to collect the Fonda profits in the form of ongoing dividends.

Having said this, I am concerned that we would effectively be losing full ownership of the oncology side and PS has always said that this is the truly exciting piece of ACL as it stands. What this loss of ownership means exactly will come down to the detail. I encourage all to make their feelings fully known to PS and the board IF it turns out a dud deal for current shareholders, after all, everyone would have taken the oncology side into account when they originally bought into ACL.
