    Now it appears the board & management have done a complete U turn - I hope they are right !
    Otherwise old man Grabb - needs to be held accountable for his actions !!
    What experinece has Marcus got with Uranium ? -If he is not the right person - move him on
    Good opportunity to pick up some "real" talent at the right price !
