With this possible take-over talk, does anyone have any ideas on any possbile takeover scenarios in the Goldfields? With FML still a small player at the moment I don't see too many options for them and to be honest I think they will be concentrating on what they already have in hand.

There is however the 1Mtpa Mill next door at Greenfields (FMR Investments) and on the other side some potential resources with McPherson Resources (MRP) which Focus holds 3M shares in. It was quite interesting looking at MRP paydirt presentation - they have a lot of data in their presentation including aeromags, etc. Quite interesting the different strategy with FML not releasing their TI aeromags. MRP mention 3 mills as close proximity to possibly send their dirt to in the future - Greenfields, Burbank, Three Mile.

Avoca (Now Alacer) has been the main mover in the Goldfields lately. They have Higinsville (Down near TI), and acquired Jubilee (1.2Mtpa) which also are in a 3Mtpa mill construction feasibility at the moment. They also have a 49% share in Frogs Legs. They would be my bet for another T/O in the Goldfields

Perhaps Ramelius (RMS), Integra (IGR) and Silverlake (SLR), Paddington (NGF) or Focus will be one of their targets.
