He obviously understands what a TSX listing plus the continuation of the gold bull plus PRU moving towards production plus all the successful drilling PRU is undertaking proving up millions of ounces of gold will do to the PRU share price.
He obviously is able to compare PRU's valuation with other emerging African producers listed on the TSX and realises that PRU currently is massively undervalued.
