Broadband in China is moving fast, I have worked there and there is a lot of importance placed on quality broadband.
I have also signed suitcases of MOU's, only one in a hundred has any real meaning, they are more like a LoI to enter into further discussion in many cases.
These deals will need to be about quality of company, relationship and trust.
Rhonda has had a lot of dealings in these areas via Novell, so this adds some weight.
