I'm not sure about that, but I'm not a legal expert. Let's see if/how ECT respond. Personally I found the contents of the letter total tripe, but sometimes creating doubt is a clever play......
Contrary to others thought Share Registry "data" is open to the public, but may only be used for shareholder relevant activity. Some may remember Mr Tweed who used Share Registry info to offer to purchase shares. Despite Government enquiries etc nothing could/would be done to prevent such.
