I'm not sure MM's post is getting the discussion that is warranted.
The new starters CV alone look quite impressive however its his most recent roles as Director (Planning & Projects) and Chief General Manager in Projects and Business Development Department with one of the 3 companies (NLC) in the tripartite agreement should give some confidence that the project is a likely starter.
I suspect he would have an intimate understand on the standing of the project within NLC and most likely some insight on what is happening at NMDC given they are both Indian PSU's.
Further, would you leave a company you have been with for a few decades, to a project that is about to be left high and dry? That sounds a little risky to me.
Who really knows but this is a good sign IMO.
