Cant quite see why the sp would go up, sure grade has improved but thats at the expense of a smaller resource and a resource that can now not be financed as has gone from measured to inferred meaning it cant be used for a BFS.
As to higher grade than TNG it is , but what needs to also be looked at is the mass recovery % of the V2O5 after grinding some lower grade ores grade up significantly higher than higher grade ores after grinding and magnetic seperation.
I held this for a year now have TNG and SPM.
Any way just my 2 cents
