Plough a company secretary doesn't have to have any technical knowledge.

A company secretary normally involves themselves more so in legal compliance issues among many other things.

Ms Sithole is not the MD or CEO which do need to have extensive knowledge in mining to efficiently run a mining company.

Having said that, I am sure that Ms Sithole does have a broad range of knowledge within the industry. That is obvious as she is the founder and major shareholder of South African Women in Mining (“SAWIMI”).

I feel comfortable knowing that she will be able to bring to NKWE an extensive range of knowledge and expertise.
