Every stock that goes bankrupt exhibits a sustained downtrend first (Nick Radge).
Not saying the inverse is necessarily true, but the lower the SP the harder it will be for a successful CR, which we may well need.
Many holders will be virtually bankrupt by the time anything positive happens (if indeed).
