While I did say the comment about getting a copy of the statement of claims with my toung firmly planted in the side of my mouth, I do honestly think that all will be revealed at some stage through the trial. I make reference to the words on the AGS legal status update;

"As the statement of claim contains confidential information which, under the joint venture agreement with Quasar ACE is obliged not to disclose, by consent, the Court has ordered that the statement of claim and the defences and reply be treated as confidential until further order."

The last bit, "until further order", I have a sneaky little feeling the J Mansfield won't allow the statement to hide behind the confidentiality clause during the trial, which will give us, at some stage, a clearer picture of what's happened/happening. JIMO, I could be wrong.
