Hsn have had an eye out for the right directors for a long time.
On face value this director seems an imppecable fit.

The business is operating under five non-aligned brands: PRI Utility (to be re-branded Utiligy) for electricity metering; Ausmeter for gas metering; UDS for water metering; Powersave fluorescent management; and EcoBulb for power saving bulbs.

If this is the same Enity Holdings, looks like another Singapore company on the move.

Speculating heavily, (naturally no real evidence):-HSN share price has not collapsed during crisis, is somebody quietly buying?
What price say Hunter Hall's holding?

Big enough to ensure a directorship?
