Ducktails, Correct me if i'm wrong, but the directors that you mentioned in your post left with the holy grail...being lots of cheap options and stocks??, however I notice on the appendix 3Z that they have little shares or options and if they do, they had bought them previously!! So what you say just dosen't make sense!!

I think what makes sense is that directors keep leaving (not because their sacks are bigger then saint nick filled with christmas goodies and dont have to worry about working again) but there is something not right internally in these co's and they keeping walking as not to compromise themselves and be involved in such crap!!

I dont know...i'm guessing, but you dont need to be Einstein to work out that so many director departures from a group of related companies in 12 months has to say something is not right inside and not because they have been handed the golden handshake
