What is more concerning...rather then the highlight of a woman that runs her own economically friendly online business coming on the board is the sudden departure of two other directors!
Seems to me a pattern is forming between YRR, AGU and PDY that that cant seem to keep their directors on board!!!!
That is about 9 board changes in the last 12 months and anyone will tell you that many changes means something is not right somewhere
If it looks like a rat, smells like a rat....guess what?? It usually is a rat!!! And I think there is one or two in these companies somewhere.
