As per everything else MAD have served up this announcement speaks volumes.
Putting everything in place before a " in the event " inclusion into the ASX 300 is very good planning .
Someone with a Risk Management background is also a big plus.
To add to this plus :
His 10.8 Million shares he directly or indirectly owns , which equates to about 4% of the total shares on issue , will be Risk Managed very well one would think .
