    on the surface this seems more a positive than a negative.

    His geo expreience should be welcomed....... but i'm interested to see if he can get drill results quicker or even get them at all.... apart from a few holes mentioned in the qtrly thats been it. probably more drill rig issues, delay in processing blah blah blah.
