Yes he wants the company to succeed so he can get a pay rise however his passionate days are over. That has clearly been displayed at the last 3 AGM's.
Shareholders are clearly a nuisance to him and are getting in the way of his cushy ride!
The skin in the game he has after 30 years as Chairman & Managing Director then just Managing Director is barely $150K which is less than 4 months salary he was drawing in 2014.
Despite all the above many think he does not have the capabilities to GET THE JOB DONE!
