Mr Sergeant is a Partner with Subiaco accounting firm Anthony Ho & Associates. The firm has a particular focus on providing specialist services to clients who seek to raise capital and list on the Australian Stock Exchange ("ASX").
Since 1991, the practice has coordinated and advised on capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions worth more than $250 million. The Practice also provides director and company secretarial services in Australia for companies listed on the stock exchanges of Amsterdam, Singapore and Vancouver.
Mr Sergeant graduated with a Bachelor of Business and a Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Administration, both from Curtin University, WA. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Company Secretaries and an Associate of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants.
Mr Sergeant is currently Non-Executive Director or Company Secretary to a number of ASX listed and non-listed companies.
