Yes cb I quite agree that it is a positive move and certainly shows that things are moving on several fronts.
The appointment of Dato Choo is just another building block in place IMHO.
Don't really think he is there as a stand over man for the Chinese mining company as suggested by someone yesterday. They might be happy to see him appointed there and it shows that RAU is treating the relationship very seriously but I would hesitate to say that they requested that he should be appointed. Does not quite fit with my view of things.
