Lomax, Klaus was responsible not only for the creation of AVZ, but also his actions in dumping a truckload of shares on market, without notice, justification or explanation caused the share price to languish for several years.

Klaus is also connected to several extremely controversial figures in mining, particularly his close relationship with Simon Cong, who acts effectively as the "man with the cards" for China in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Klaus is a "grey" character, someone that has a checkered past in terms of positive and negative outcomes. I would be extremely cautious of Klaus as mentioned on another post - his experience may yield positive outcomes, however he has cut deep wounds in more than one company he has worked with.

I like the Kairos ground, however am sitting and watching from the sidelines at this stage. No sentiment.
