i have to agree Mac even with the dilution it is still actually got a relatively small amount of shares on issue compared to some of its peers (CVN and NDO come to mind). And it appears to still be very tightly held, im sure that at the end of the day if management just got focused on the job (more input from Chris thanks!) and went about getting the oil out of the ground we would all be happy at the end of the day!
