new directors and projects required! , page-37

So given the current board are setting up other public companies and acquiring projects for them, but **dont** have an ASX listing for them, there is a small chance I guess that that is why over the last year:

1) the paradigm placement and their immediate and multi month selldown?
2) the shelving of the Yukon after a 90% decline?
3) the tanking of the shareprice another 50% with further bot action today to what target now? 1c? 0.1c?

If the above is the horrifying truth, then I suspect it may not be long before a major deeply discounted (to assets) dilution for a 'recapitalization' to some well connected parties for another project occurs?
This would be the third rebirth by my count. I presume also a name and code change to disassociate from OVR's history?

Have they had an alternate plan for OVR for some time now that we are not aware of?
