I am becoming increasingly suspicious there is an agenda we don't yet know about because no directors have resigned over the last three days.

This means they either have a card up their sleeve to play for OVR or are merely going to cling to their positions like a leech to a newborn babies foot.

If they have a card to play that benefits all shareholders the end result may not be too bad, but the risk is increasingly: as a number of shareholders are now set against this board due to inexplicable parameter changes, that they will be seeking to dilute those shareholders heavily and unfairly in order to cling to their positions come the AGM resolution vote.
