I was looking at last year's annual report (Top 20 stockholders) and CVC has 15 million stocks that is about 3%. So they topped it up by 10 million shares at 33c. So CVC might have purchased their old stockholdings at a relatively low price and unloading some of it now creating a nuisance on the SP. Plus the fact it is an offloading season for tax purposes for those wanting to claim a capital loss. Unless we have further positive news, the SP will trend sideways for now.
