If anything he will strengthen what has become a pretty "old school" Board.

His credentials as a professional Director are excellent. I think we will be very happy with his contribution as time goes on. He comes highly recommended.

As far as buying shares, he may be no different to the rest, who knows but we can only hope he may buy.

He has only just come in so pretty early to be kicking him. Lets see what he brings to the table.

However I note from the initial directors interest announcement that the Company is already stating that free shares as part of a performance grading will become available to him.

As long as he injects some new life and lateral thinking on to the Board I will be comfortable with the package negotiated.
