I am presuming the numbers were not made up and came from somewhere, and the level of remuneration seems highly excessive including when compared to the CEO. On behalf of shareholders can you please clean up the company's lack of disclosure.

Just in case you need independent guidance, here is part of Guidance Note 09 from the ASX:

The term "key management personnel" is defined in Listing Rule 19.12 to have the same meaning as in Accounting Standard AASB 124 Related Party Disclosure, which requires subject entities to disclose the remuneration and shareholdings of, and various other transactions involving, key management personnel. AASB 124 defines "key management personnel" as: "those persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the entity, directly or indirectly, including any director (whether executive or otherwise) of that entity."

Yahoo has noted that both Jarrod White and Sonny Didugu are Key Executives.

I’m not sure that’s right given that the ASX announcement of 27 April states that…. ‘Noting additionally that neither the CEO or COO received any additional remuneration for taking on their new roles since appointment, the Board
has agreed to a revised package to incentivise and remunerate the team’

they did though receive $1.25M and $1M respectively and they haven’t reached their performance indicator for additional shares. Nor do they deserve it!
