NEW DIRECTORS STRENGTHEN IM MEDICAL BOARD
IM Medical Ltd (IMI) today announced the appointment of two new directors to the Board.
The chairman of IM Medical, Mr Allan Blood, said the appointment of Dr Leon Massage
and Dipak Sanghvi added significant health industry expertise and entrepreneurship to the
Board.

Dr Massage is currently Executive Director of the Greater South Eastern Division of
General Practice, chairman of the South Eastern Subdivision of the Victorian branch of the
Australian Medical Association and has managed networks of general practice clinics and
has created and administered several companies involved in health education and
marketing.

Dipak has been president of the Victorian branch of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia since
2005 and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He was vice
chairman of Amcal for six years. A practicing pharmacist, he is regarded as one of the
industry’s foremost leaders.

Mr Blood said Dr Massage and Dipak brought ideal health and commercial skills and
experience to the IM Medical Board as the Company entered the next stage of its
development.

Mr Blood said: “The IM Medical strategy for the immediate future involves marketing our
products to doctors, pharmacists and other parts of the health care industry. The new
directors bring top-flight medical and health care experience as well as significant
