I note that none of three recently appointed directors own no stock in CUV.
Looks like they were happy to to takeon the roles and now tbey NEED to show that tbey have true financial conviction by buying shares on market.
At least if they do this they will have a true vested financial interest in the Company and align with all existing shareholders.
I personally believe that all directors should own shares in a company for which tbey have paid cold hard cash and then tbey can share in the sucess or failure of the company which is guided by their board decisions.
The company is slowly doing a small buy back at the moment so surely tbeir must be perceived value by the Board .
Thats my view for what it is worth but I guess it is up to each individual to make their own decisions.
