    The new directors look the goods, plenty of relationships and the technical geological studies will be helpful I notice specific mention of off shore and Germany and Netherlands. Downstream experience in Italy can only be benificial, especially when sourcing the right staff.
    Maybe Gregory Allen Short is buying 811 shares to Kick things off.
