The directors were desperate to down play the independent valuation in their report. It a wonder they didnt commission another one. I think if you read the experts report, carbon tax was infact a consideration.
Just dont get how it can be recapitalised with so little market cap at the moment. How much would the bankers require debt paid down to continue finance going forward?
