    I don't think that selling on-market will be the way out of this trade so whether the company is listed or not is beside the point.

    Kiwi,
    I'm not sure that these guys are "white knights" in the traditional sense (taking a stake to protect the company from takeover). They have put their money on the table, and they are prepared to put in skills and time as well. There should be some arrangement for payment in the event of a profitable exit.
