A mate called me up and pointed out certain weaknesses with my view. He is right, so I feel should do the honourable thing and recant.

In short, delisting will remove certain protections for shareholders that will limit the oversight of the sale of the single large asset. Formost among these are obligation for continuous disclosure and the right to vote on the asset sale.

asf - you are right to be concerned about the delisting of the company. I am now actively opposing it.
