Buffet, while I respect you have been around much longer than I, however I would like to put the question to you as to why directors new or old would try stand firm or play hard ball with bankers? when they are the ones who seem to hold all the cards, hence almost stealing the entire co from shareholders.. If they (directors)try play hard ball, then obviously their cushy position paying thousands of dollars is in jeopardy, therefore IMO they would more likely do whatever they can to retain their positions and not give a stuff about shareholders. I'm not an accountant however the restructure although keeping cnp alive has only been done for the banks & these fatcats by raping & pillaging everything from us!!!
