    Yes, 10cents, agreed too.
    Company now is not 'required' to distribute, based on my reading, and thus can determine their level of distribution. No need to pay more than what is out there on the market. If they said 3.3c, why would they pay more. If so, SP drop to around 30c in line with return on divs.

    Just my 2c ;) DYOR. but i'm out for now.
