There is no such thing as should never have occurred. It occurs or it does not occur.Cause & effect, should is an absolute cop out. Even if US closed the borders when an 'attacks' come from within it matters not.

There is also no such thing as innocent people. That is a judgement by humans & if we remember 'judge ye not least ye be judged' then innocent or guilty is only something that humans put on happenings.Were for example those killed in the tsunami guilty & those saved innocent? When your time(on Earth this incarnation) is up, it's up. Read up on Karma which explains much.

The NWO also has its 'fingers' in the United Nations, as well the IMF & WHO. For their selfish reasons no doubt.
