Ya, you are correct about the CO2. There has been no significant CO2 found in this region. CO2 plagues the Browse and Bonaparte Basins, not the Carnarvon. This will be Triassic gas the same as Pluto, Wheatstone and Jansz.
With the casing, cementing and leak-off testing, they should be back drilling late in the week. The most positive sign will be if they start coring, as this is a sure sign they are in gas sands.
