    Possible reasons for delay in submission of CIC report on Oakajee may be:

    1. inexperience of CIC in Australian investments
    2. imminent change in Chinese leadership and associated cascading changes at all levels of government

    I would be more worried if CIC had issued their report back in March with a terse "no".....while there is light there is hope
