    Yes Posty I know it happens with other stocks. But only in the past few weeks has it been happening with CTP. And there may not be a need to play games with this 'stagnating' stock but someone still is. For reasons we do not know.

    I ain't making exsuses either. If the market wants to buy they will buy. Just stating what is happening.
