Personally it dosn't effect me, but it does for some of my mates.
No it is not fair.
It might look good for the governments for doing something about it.
But the fact is, if you have 500,000 teens on the road, some are going to crash and kill themselves regardless. It is their life, it is their responsibility, they must live their own cycles, you can not protect them and if you do, they will defy it and then they become criminals where it was once ok to do what they where doing etc.
Governments should concentrate on what they can do themselves to make the roads safer and thats to bring our roads up to the standard of other countries such as Germany. And let people live their own lives how they wish.
