If smoking caused cancer, everyone who smoked would get lung cancer. Since they obviously do not, ergo smoking does not cause cancer. In fact it is a very strong secondary cause, ranking, I think, just behind asbestos (although that acts in a different way, just sitting there in your lungs waiting for a trigger). This sophistry used by big tobacco is the same as used by big pharma.

MMR in particular -- one of the Ms standing for mumps. The best thing a small boy can do for himself is to catch mumps, which will then give him lifelong immunity. Mumps for an adult male is not something you want. The shot is not 100% effective.
