It would seem that it is not the vaccine itself, but mercury (I think) that may do damage to kids already with autism.

It also seems that some, who already have autism, have found symptoms to be worse AFTER their MMR vaccine.

At least, that's my understanding after researching on the internet prior to granddaughter having MMR and she has been fine.

However, I agree that detoxing might be useful for kids that have been affected.
